With each squeeze of the dropper containing approximately 0.85mg of CBD this is one of the simplest ways of getting your dose.
To use it, simply place your preferred measure of oil under the tongue and let it rest for 30-60 seconds, before swallowing the remainder.
The bottle itself comes with a detailed dosage guide on its peel-and-reveal labelling, however the exact amount you take each time will be up to you. We urge you not to exceed the FSA’s recommended limit of 70mg a day.
